Working on a few good doors

This past weekend saw a little work, unfortunately it was a little too cold to get into the garage and do some major wiring so I focused on getting some work done to smaller pieces in the basement. I was able to get the glass out of the doors so that I could remove the dew wipes (gotta order some new ones) and also wire in the ION door harnesses on the Fiero doors.......this was much easier than expected and majority of the wiring won't need to be modified, but I will need to locate some stock power mirrors and power door latches. Gotta do a little surface rust cleaning then paint the doors, may also cut some magnet clearance holes in the door so I can door mount my 8" woofers, not sure if I'm going to go with one or two woofers in each doors.......got something special coming for the stereo system as well.

Back at it

Alright so it's safe to say it's been a while since I've updated or even done anything with this project. That has changed and I'm going full tilt back into it, had a couple months of cleaning and finishing other projects around the house before I could get back into it.

Last two nights I've been able to semi finish the wiring harness that has been laying on the ground in my basement for 2 years I think. There is a lot of wiring still to be done, but the basic dimensions of the ION harness have been altered and the main wires between the fuse panel and engine harness have been stretched to match the Fiero's harness.

I'm hoping that I'll be able to layout the harness in the car and possibly continue on doing fuel line and other plumbing on the chassis.
